By accessing or using GrantLens ("the Service"), operated by Kojo Analytics LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GrantLens is an AI-powered grant discovery platform that aggregates federal, state, county, and foundation grant opportunities for South Florida nonprofits. The Service includes grant search, AI matching, deadline tracking, funder intelligence, and grant writing assistance.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One organization profile is permitted per user account.

GrantLens offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe via Clerk Billing. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent search quotas, rate limits, or access controls
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute grant data in bulk
• Use the Service to submit fraudulent grant applications
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to enumerate promo codes or API endpoints

GrantLens aggregates data from public sources including Grants.gov, SAM.gov, Florida state portals, and county websites. While we strive for accuracy, grant details may change without notice. Always verify deadlines, eligibility, and requirements on the original source before applying. GrantLens is not responsible for missed deadlines or inaccurate information.

Grant writing assistance, match scores, and AI summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use in grant applications.

The GrantLens platform, design system, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Kojo Analytics LLC. Grant data sourced from government portals remains in the public domain. Your organization profile data remains yours.

GrantLens is provided "as is" without warranty. Kojo Analytics LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed grant deadlines, inaccurate data, or AI-generated content errors.
